Responsibilities
Team introduction We are a team responsible for building integrity platform and tooling product capabilities and driving continuous improvements to meet our business targets. Our daily work includes product business requirement gathering and analysis, new product launches, platform experience management and cross-functional project management. We need to manage global stakeholders in our daily work in order to form product alignment, monitor product performance and user satisfaction. We also need innovative thoughts to form new projects that can drive changes leveraging the latest tech or operational management efforts. - Create, improve, and operationalize features on TikTok's integrity platforms, spanning Ads Moderation, Quality Assurance, Training, Workforce Management, and Risk Management - Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Operations teams to iterate products and processes, aligning with business targets and enhancing user experience - Independently lead complex cross-functional projects related to integrity, from problem definition to final execution - Prioritize requests, striking a balance between short-term objectives and long-term goals - Collect, understand, filter, and translate user feedback into high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRD). - Utilize data to measure product performance and project outcomes - Address user escalations of bugs and incidents promptly
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for an engineering background - Minimum 3 years of experience in product operation, product/program management, or consulting roles - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, passionate about product and process development for a multi-billion-dollar business - Capable of working in an international team across different time zones, with flexibility for non-office hour meetings - Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, adept at managing stakeholders at various levels - Deep interest in problem-solving, a proactive self-starter with a high sense of ownership and logical thinking - Expertise in project management and stakeholder management and highly data-sensitive, proficient in in-depth data interpretation, and committed to data-driven decision-making
