The team is working globally and locally with artists, managers and labels to unleash the promotional and marketing power of TikTok, helping talents to secure success on the platform, music streaming, hit charts and brand collaborations. Responsibilities - Plan and support the regional roadmap for music programming and promotion tools and features within SoundOn and TikTok, informed by market needs and creator behaviour. - Partner with global product and EMEA music-promotion teams to influence development priorities and localisation of promotional tools, formats and creator experiences. - Define, test and scale music-programming frameworks (e.g. genre- or region-based campaigns, editorial moments, creator-led launches) that improve music discovery. - Plan and implement thematic or event-based programming calendars (e.g. cultural moments, TikTok trends) to spotlight artists and content across the platform and supporting owned social channels where relevant. - Curate music-content line-ups for featured promotional slots, editorial campaigns and algorithm-informed placements, ensuring diversity, genre balance and cultural relevance. - Act as the regional point of contact between music-promotion/partnership and product teams, providing structured feedback loops and product insights derived from artist needs, campaign performance and regional music trends. - Partner with data teams to track campaign impact, creator-activation effectiveness and user engagement across product surfaces, translating insights into actionable feature suggestions, programming priorities and product OKRs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - 3+ years of experience in music content, digital music promotion, product operations, or creator platform marketing. - Deep understanding of TikTok, short-form content, and the music landscape in EMEA. - Strong experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, promotion and marketing. - Experience managing or supporting digital music campaigns and/or creator programming initiatives. - Analytical and insight-driven mindset; comfort working with campaign data, performance metrics, and product testing results. - Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to align internal stakeholders and external partners. - A passion for music, artists, and technology.
