Responsibilities
About the team At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team provides integrated digital marketing solutions for brands and advertisers across the globe. We inspire businesses of all sizes and industries to grow their brand and customer base around the world. We work with brands of all sizes, be it SMBs, large businesses or agencies, empowering them to connect and engage with their audiences through entertaining videos and ad formats. We are a dynamic and high-growth team that uses a consultative sales approach to help our clients think differently about their marketing strategies. Responsibilities - Serve as the measurement lead within the Brand Advertising Product Solutions and Operations team; drive deep collaboration with upstream and downstream teams (Product, Data Science, MarSci, etc.) to enhance brand advertising performance representation and value articulation across measurement frameworks. - Systematically analyze brand advertising measurement results (including Brand Lift, 3P measurement, TTMS, etc.), extract key insights, and translate findings into actionable optimization recommendations that feed back into product iteration and sales strategy. - Build a robust brand advertising effectiveness proof system based on measurement data and insights; produce benchmark cases, best practices, and methodologies to strengthen brand advertising GTM narratives and advertiser persuasion. - Co-define and refine brand advertising measurement KPI frameworks with Product teams; identify measurement capability gaps and drive measurement product roadmap execution; deepen collaboration with measurement teams to advance joint solutions. - Conduct cross-market measurement benchmarking and insights synthesis; identify regional patterns and build scalable measurement operations playbooks. - Drive cross-functional collaboration (Product, Operations, Data Science, MarSci) to ensure measurement capabilities are effectively embedded across the full brand advertising lifecycle — pre-sale, in-flight, and post-campaign.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in digital advertising measurement, media research, data analytics, or marketing effectiveness — at measurement firms, agency insight/data teams, or brand-side measurement/analytics roles. - Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem and core brand advertising KPIs; understanding of how measurement connects to media strategy. - Strong quantitative foundation — comfortable with statistical methods, experimental design (A/B testing, Lift Studies), and measurement frameworks (Brand Lift, MMM, MTA, etc.). - Proficiency in data analysis tools and AI tools. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills — ability to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations and client-facing materials. - Fluent in English as working language. Preferred Qualifications - Background in data science, statistics, economics, or marketing science. - Experience working with 3P measurement partner integrations. - Understanding of advertising measurement maturity differences across global regions. - Experience with TikTok advertising products or short-video platform measurement. - A rigorous "math brain" — you default to data and evidence, and are energized by turning ambiguity into quantified insights. - Strong self-drive and curiosity — proactively explore new measurement methodologies and stay current on industry evolution. - Open and inclusive mindset across cultures — thrive in global teams and adapt to diverse stakeholders. - No-boundary mentality — willing to drive measurement end-to-end, from analysis to business impact.
