Responsibilities
Team Introduction TikTok Live TW Regional Team is dedicated to driving TikTok LIVE growth and ecosystem development across the Chinese-content market. We focus on creator partnerships, content operations, campaign execution, and community engagement to deliver innovative live experiences and sustainable business growth. Role Overview This role focuses on designing content-driven live-streaming events based on insights from different content verticals. By integrating content planning, event mechanics, and resource coordination, the POC will strengthen the synergy between content capabilities and event mechanisms, ultimately enhancing creators’ traffic, engagement, and revenue performance. Responsibilities Content-Driven Event Strategy - Design and execute engaging live-streaming events across different content verticals. - Continuously optimize event formats based on creator, audience, and market insights. Event Operations & Performance - Own end-to-end event planning, execution, and promotion. - Monitor event performance, analyze data, and continuously improve event strategies to drive viewership, engagement, and revenue. Cross-functional Collaboration - Partner with Creator Management, Product, Marketing, and Regional teams to ensure successful event execution. - Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver high-quality events. Creator Development - Work closely with creators, agencies, and MCNs to develop engaging event experiences. - Stay informed about creator ecosystem and explore innovative event formats and operational models.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Business proficiency in Traditional Chinese and English for cross-functional communication in regions using traditional Chinese. - Experience in live-streaming, online event operations, campaign management, or creator operations. - Strong understanding of content ecosystems and audience engagement strategies. - Experience analyzing business performance using AI tools, SQL, Excel, or similar analytical tools. - Strong ownership, project management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the live-streaming, entertainment, gaming, social media, e-commerce, advertising, or digital media industries. - Experience working with creators, influencers, agencies, or MCNs. - Familiarity with creator ecosystem and live-streaming landscape.
