Is there any limitation on the number of work hours for part-time internships?
Maximum work hours per week will follow local regulations and student pass work rights eligibility.
When do internships and graduate programs start, and can I choose my start date?
Start dates vary depending on the program, role, and location.
For our Australia and Singapore Spring/Summer internship programs, interns are expected to start by the following dates:
- Australia: 7 December 2026
- Singapore: 11 January 2027 or 10 May 2027
For internship opportunities in other countries, please indicate your availability in your application. Your recruiter will discuss suitable start dates based on the hiring team's requirements.
For both internship and graduate opportunities, we will generally offer a start date based on the next available intake or a date mutually agreed during the interview process. If you have academic commitments or other significant circumstances that may affect your availability, please let your recruiter know as early as possible.

Which teams will I rotate across the E-Commerce Early Career Development Program?
We offer two distinct tracks within our Early Career Development Program, tailored to different experience levels. The Graduate Development track is designed to build a strong foundation in e-commerce through business operations-focused rotations like Acquisition and Incubation, Category Creators, and Campaign Management. The Accelerated Development track offers deeper exposure to cross-functional projects and opportunities to contribute to business strategy through rotations like Business Intelligence & Platform Strategy, Category Strategy, and Special Projects. Rotations are not limited to the above, and may vary slightly to enhance overall experiential learning.
