Is there any limitation on the number of work hours for part-time internships?
Maximum work hours per week will follow local regulations and student pass work rights eligibility.
Can I decide when to start the internship and graduate program?
We will offer you a role based on the next available start date or a date mutually agreed during the interview process. Please do keep us informed well in advance if you have requirements/limitations on start dates due to academic program requirements or critical personal circumstances.
Do you sponsor work visas?
We are committed to recruiting the best talent for our roles. We may take your work authorization into consideration, depending on the availability of candidates in the local market.
Which teams will I rotate across the E-commerce Graduate Development Program?
Graduates will be given an opportunity to rotate across teams like Seller Acquisition, Seller Incubation, Account Management, Campaign Management, Integrated Marketing and Creator Management. Rotations are not limited to the above, and may vary slightly to enhance overall experiential learning. Throughout this program journey, you will get to engage and empower sellers, participate in running campaigns, and build strong networks with leading brands and creators.
