TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. What You'll Do Creators are at the center of our operations. In this role of User Growth Manager, you will carry out the following responsibilities that will drive business growth in a sustainable way: - Strategize and design at-scale user growth programs to convert more creators to become LIVE creators - Manage and conduct paid ads in-app and out-of-app to increase the reach and improve the conversions of dedicated go LIVE campaigns - Coordinate the production of ad assets with external vendors and internal creator managers - Conduct conversion funnel analysis to identify efficiency improvement opportunities and iterate the ad assets, ad target set up and in-app user journey to reach final outcome improvement. - Work with XFN teams like Partnerships, Campaign, and Strategy. - Be responsible for user growth and user retention metrics.
Qualifications
Who We're Looking For - 3 years of experience in User Growth, User Operations, Digital Marketing, and/or talent/influencer management in platform business or digital marketing agencies. - End-to-end performance marketing campaign management experience. - Familiar with Google Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and other performance marketing tools. - Experience in conversion improvement. - Experience in user retention management; familiar with retention metrics and tactics. - Hands-on, data-driven operations, and results-oriented. - Strong logical reasoning and communication skills. - Proficient in both verbal and written English and Spanish or Portuguese. Preferred: - Understanding of content industry, creator economy, and business acumen on newly emerged industries.
