Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntarily formed staff networks based on specific demographics and are open to all employees to join. Our networks help connect our employees globally, fostering vibrant internal communities.

We strive to achieve this internally by fostering a culture of acceptance and open minds, and externally by improving our content policies and Community Guidelines to take a firmer stance against hateful behavior.
