TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. Role: As part of the US LIVE Operations Team, the Creator Network / Agency Partnerships Lead will be responsible for leading a vertical category on partnerships and collaborations with creator/talent/influencer agencies and creator networks that can support, coach, and grow aspiring content creators and streamers on TikTok LIVE. This role will be responsible for end-to-end management of a vertical category of Creator Network and Agency relationships, building programs and activations to drive LIVE creator growth, and evangelizing the thriving creator economy on TikTok LIVE that supports creator, viewer, platform, and business partner growth. Responsibilities: - Develop relationships with a vertical category of Creator Networks (Talent Agencies, Influencer Agencies, Live-streaming Agencies) and evangelize the creator economy business model for TikTok LIVE; drive revenue growth for creators who participate in the Creator Networks programs - Build programs, activations, and incentive structure that encourages the coaching, development, and content growth of aspiring creators who want to focus on TikTok LIVE; increase supply and consistency of Creator Network influenced streamers at scale - Act as a bridge between Creator Networks and TikTok LIVE product and operations to help identify ways to improve the LIVE experience - Provide insights, recommendations, and direction on scaled creator development strategies - Project manage key programs and events that support the LIVE creator ecosystem - Manage and develop a team of 5+ business development and Creator Network managers
Qualifications
Qualifications: - BS/BA and 5+ years of experience working in high-growth environments - Experience in sales & business development, scaled creator management, or partner management with demonstrated ability to develop new business relationships and scale existing business relationships - High sense of metrics and data awareness - Experience in negotiation and deal making - Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills - Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives Preferred Qualifcations: - Deep passion for TikTok, live streaming, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture - Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on building and growing a content ecosystem - Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends - Experience in the e-com partnership ecosystem and live/video shopping TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $130000 - $220000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
