The team's mission is to improve delivery experience while minimizing costs from Fulfillment by TikTok via seamless integrated FBT product solution and operation. Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the product design and planning of the international e-commerce fulfillment system. Take part in system solution design for optimal order routing, international and domestic logistics, international warehousing. Responsible for system integration with international supply chain and logistics service providers. 2. Perform in-depth research and competitive analysis of e-commerce fulfillment business models and systems in different countries, develop and enhance the core logistic and supply chain systems to support the domestic and cross border e-commerce business. 3. Cooperate with the e-commerce product and operation, logistic operation, data, algorithm and other related teams to design, implement and promote the logistic and supply chain system for international e-commerce markets. 4. Continue to drive product upgrades and innovations that are best suited for the US market. Contribute to the accumulation of our core system capabilities to better serve other markets.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above, 1-3 years of product management experience in the e-commerce fulfillment or international logistics industry, cross region and cross culture work experience is preferred. 2. Have a good understanding of e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, cross border logistics, domestic logistics and other related industries. Experience in large e-commerce companies or international logistics companies is preferred. 3. With excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration and system project management skills. 4. Has the ability to think outside the box and is able to take initiative in innovation to solve complex problems. Preferred Qualifications 1. Extensive experience in data analysis and presentation technologies 2. Familiarity with Operations Research (OR)

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141588 - $234080 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
