Responsibilities
Team Introduction: PTE-User Service and Experience team responsible for formulating service strategy for TCN, creator and users, including service SOP, scale operation manual, training materials, penalty experience improvement, etc., to ensure that the agent team can execute and achieve the target. And also the operation of customer service tools, human resource allocation and cost optimization, to create more value through less cost. * Conduct comprehensive analysis on the tripartite relationship among international live streaming platforms, broadcasters, and guilds. * Develop and implement policies for broadcasters to join or leave guilds, including drafting relevant agreements. * Enhance satisfaction with platform regulations, ensuring a positive and sustainable ecosystem for broadcasters. * Identify and address business challenges from a holistic perspective involving platforms, broadcasters, and guilds. * Design effective governance rules for the tripartite relationship, facilitating the success of business projects. * Develop and monitor key performance indicators, such as broadcaster attrition rates and reasons for leaving. * Measure and evaluate guild service capabilities towards broadcasters, using collected performance data. * Assess the impact of governance rules on the ecosystem and motivate guilds to improve service quality.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience. * Experience in live streaming, content creation, community management, or the broader entertainment sector is highly desirable. * Familiarity with live streaming ecosystem and guild operations is an added advantage; candidates with a strong interest in these areas are also encouraged to apply. * Proven skills in problem-solving, strategic planning, and implementing solutions that positively influence business outcomes. * Ability to proactively gather information, develop strategies, and evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies. * Strong communication and information processing skills, combined with robust coordination abilities to drive strategy execution. Preferred Qualifications: * Strong logical thinking, deep understanding of the Live industry, and results-oriented approach. * Ability to work independently and deliver results.
