In this role you will be responsible for providing category strategy; cross-border category growth and incubation; category platform efficiency Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Category strategy: Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative data research on market demand, category positioning, internal platform traffic funnel, and industry trends to form an overall category strategy, and potential segmentation and identify supply and demand gaps; 2. Cross-border category growth and incubation: Analyze the segmented industry, conduct an in-depth analysis of the product supply chain, and understand the growth points of cross-border merchants; 3. Category platform efficiency: Cooperate with the platform's cross-channel operation team, mall, affiliate, and event operation team to further expand the market share of the target category.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant e-commerce experience in leading category strategy, relevant experience in defining categories and seller segmentation, seller acquisition incentives, seller incubation mechanism, seller growth... - Have certain data analysis capabilities, structured thinking, idea-driven, and goal-result-oriented Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in working with cross-category, cross-platform channel, cross-functional and cross-product field teams - Have strategic and operational management capabilities, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work across regions and teams - Strong learning and communication skills to clarify business strategies and resource requirements - Willing to travel/assign to Southeast Asia, with international work/study background preferred, fluent in English.
