Responsibilities

The strategist team aims to drive consumer traffic into our platform with an aim to convert them via the planning and executing the different levels of our annual campaign calendar for the marketplace, specific categories or brands. Join us as we drive the future of e-commerce here at TikTok. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute full-cycle growth strategies for small and medium-sized merchants, covering all stages from cold-start to GMV growth, to enhance merchant operational efficiency and growth potential. - Formulate differentiated seller growth strategies based on TikTok Shop and Tokopedia platform characteristics, industry trends, and market dynamics to drive seller uplifts. - Conduct in-depth merchant segmentation analysis and develop tailored support strategies for different merchant types to optimize their growth journey. - Understand merchant pain points and needs at different lifecycle stages and build a data-driven, end-to-end growth operation framework to improve merchant performance. - Evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives, tasks, and incentive mechanisms, utilizing A/B testing and other methodologies to measure ROI and incremental impact, and drive continuous iteration. - Monitor key growth metrics, analyze trends, attribute results to OKR targets, and optimize growth strategies to ensure continuous business expansion for merchants.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualification - Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in internet business analysis or operational analysis; e-commerce industry experience is preferred. - Experience in serving small to medium-sized or large-scale e-commerce merchants is a plus. - Familiarity with merchant operation workflows, with strong data analysis and interpretation skills, and the ability to identify problems and opportunities from data. - Detail-oriented, responsible, pragmatic, and eager to learn. - Proficient in Excel and SQL, with knowledge of either Python or R; prior experience in modeling and practical application is preferred. Strong capability in complex data analysis and proficiency in data analysis software are a plus. Preferred Qualification: - Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects in different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization) - Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, and versatile player with some exposure in ops and commercial
