We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users and brands. --- About the team The team is responsible for developing all of TTS South East Asia businesses - which will involve exciting projects covering user growth, homepage, discovery channel. You'll be tasked with creating a Global e-Commerce Shopping Platform, collaborating closely with engineers around the globe. --- Responsibilities 1. Analyze the business requirements of international e-commerce users, operations, and partners to streamline workflows, provide data monitoring and analysis capabilities, and develop traffic operation products that meet market demands to support business growth. 2. Research and analyse potential partner relationships for the product and generate ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. Drive market research studies to explore new technology and oversee development of business proposals for new opportunities. 3. Break down and establish meaningful business data indicators, utilize data analysis models and scientific conclusions, and plan and implement functionalities of data products. Conduct thorough analysis and provide guidance to various stakeholders and internal teams in the business domain. 4. Support product position and customer demand, and guide product development from conception to launch. 5. Dive deep into the international e-commerce industry, identify needs for business line analysis and decision-making, and offer data support to internal operation teams. 6. Collaborate with relevant teams to design and create monitoring mechanisms, visualize platform indicators for tracking, conduct extensive research on industry products, and enhance the efficiency of e-commerce operations and user experience. 7. Contribute to the development of global e-commerce operation functions, continuously optimize operation and promotional content based on user feedback and data analysis, and coordinate marketing and other release plans.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related fields. Candidates with three or more years of experience in platform product planning and e-commerce product design are strongly preferred. 2. Passionate about the e-commerce industry, with a strong understanding of processes. Proficient in data analysis and mining, and able to provide valuable data insights. 3. Proficient in using design tools such as Axure and Xmind, skilled in creating product flowcharts, and capable of writing product requirement documents and technical feature descriptions. 4. Possess experience in project management, with strong execution skills. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, and the capability to drive product improvements and successfully launch projects. --- Preferred Qualifications 1.
