The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users. About our team: We are the TikTok LIVE Operations design team, tasked with the design of operational materials and campaigns across various regions. Our team emphasizes a deep understanding of the live-streaming industry, systematic and brand-oriented thinking, artistic aesthetics, and cutting-edge technology, all aimed at creating an enhanced user experience for TikTok LIVE. We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Senior Creative Designer to join our TikTok LIVE design team. This role requires close collaboration with our diverse team of operations managers and designers around the world. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the EU local operation team and central design team around the world to create, define, and maintain a style guide for TikTok LIVE in the EU Region. - Support EU Region TikTok LIVE operation visual design, including promotional campaigns, email templates and designs, physical swags, live creator educations, and new product feature launch materials, among others. - Work closely with the local operation team and central design team in around the world to drive operation strategy, concept design ideation, and asset production. - Exhibit excellent attention to detail and the ability to proof-check your own work, with an eye for small details and a passion for big ideas. - Manage and design guidance for design vendors. - Work closely with regional business leaders and communicate promptly with the global design team, overcoming time zone differences.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: - Strong illustration skills and knowledge of branding. Proficiency in tools such as AI, PS, Figma, or other 3D software. Proficiency in animation and AIGC software is a plus. - Understanding of creative, design, and product operation processes. Must have proof of successful cases on operation design projects in portfolio. - Highly creative, organized, and able to work independently with little direction; ability to multitask. - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment. - Fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications: - 5 years of professional experience in a similar role. - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Experience in international collaboration. - Experience and enthusiasm in the live-streaming industry, familiarity with TikTok. - Enthusiasm for a fast-growing, fast-changing environment. - Sensitive to business needs and able to make design decisions based on business requirements. - Experience working with global, international teams. - A deep understanding of UI/UX is a plus. - Multilingual skills are a plus to handle EU local design.
