Team introduction: The center of excellence plays a pivotal role in supporting the business unit in sales enablement and ad operations processes and execution. Also, the team plays an instrumental role in unlocking revenue through white-glove projects to address clients' needs. The team is focused on three main pillars: Solution Selling, Sales Enablement, and Ad Operations. About the role TikTok's Global Business Solutions is looking for a senior professional for its Center of Excellence lead position. The role is a Sales Activation position whose mission is to fuel our business growth by enabling countries, teams, and customers to achieve the most with our solutions today. This role will collaborate closely across multiple parties. Responsibilities - Develop and lead regional TOP Retail & Ecomm clients to drive incremental revenue, growth, and scale opportunities across the region (ex.: Mercado Libre) - Leverage efficient sales processes, knowledge, and best practices across the region - Be the voice for Retail & Ecomm with internal XFN teams - Scale knowledge and best practices across the region


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Substantial experience in sales, account management/client services roles in digital marketing; - Experience in managing projects - Experience influencing teams; - Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance; - Proficient in English and Portuguese.
