About the team TikTok Measurement Partnerships are a critical means of accelerating the global sales of TikTok's paid media offering by working with measurement partners to build products that demonstrate the value of advertising with TikTok. As a Partner Manager, you are expected to build and foster strategic relationships with industry-leading measurement companies and integrate their services with the TikTok Ads platform. Partner Managers will work closely with the sales teams as well as our most strategic partners to develop education and services related to marketing on TikTok. Responsibilities: - Maintain direct and active relationships with strategic measurement partners in the digital ads industry, including onboarding and contract work, proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues, and serving as an internal advocate. - Work cross-functionally with product and product marketing to position partner solutions in the best combinations with TikTok ad products. - Drive product and partner adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing TikTok marketing partner products. - Provide consultative services to TikTok sales and account management teams whose clients are implementing partner-enabled solutions/tools. - Develop scaled approaches and processes for in-market activity and communication. - Represent TikTok in external meetings with executives from other companies while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above - 5 years of client-facing experience in Advertising Sales or Partner Management. - 2 years of experience with digital marketing / Ad-tech products - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally. - Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority. - Experience defining, developing, and leading projects. - Quantitative/analytical experience. - Experience working as part of an international team. - Strong product acumen - Prior experience in TV or OTT is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English and Portuguese due to business need Preferred Qualifications: - 5 years of experience with digital marketing / Ad-tech products - Language: Intermediate/Proficient Spanish due to business need TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
