About the Team The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries. and create a strong user experience journey. Responsibilities: - Provide business insights by combining analysis and evaluation, risk type research, past relevant experience, and other innovative methods, offering clear and actionable recommendations for business decision-making. - Conduct research on platform risks, low-quality content issues, and content creator behavior to understand the impact of existing policy standards on international short video users and the overall international live streaming ecosystem. -Gain an in-depth understanding of international live streaming content and monetization business, identifying areas for optimization within existing policies, products, or processes. -Collaborate with global cross-functional stakeholders (such as product, engineering, operations, data science, legal, etc.) to develop scalable solutions and long-term strategies, and foster organizational consensus and cooperation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree majors in business analytics, economics, policy, business/public administration, psychology, etc., are preferred. - With 3-5 years of experience, in risk detection, tech companies, consulting, or think tanks. - Good understanding or past experience in any of the following areas: research, management/risk/technology consulting, corporate strategy, public affairs, or global tech/internet companies. Preferred Qualifications: - Possess comprehensive research skills necessary for conducting independent research and employing a diverse and holistic approach. - Strong data analysis skills. - Familiarity with data processing tools such as SQL and visualization tools like Tableau is preferred. - Familiarity with survey design/focus groups/research/strategic consulting methods is preferred. - Strong writing skills, with the ability to tell a clear story based on research and to concretize arguments through logical thinking, are preferred.
