Based in Singapore, we are are seeking a dynamic and strategic Travel Industry Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of our overall Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy within the travel sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the travel industry, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Responsibilities: 1. GTM Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for the travel industry, aligning with overall company objectives. Conduct analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM initiatives. 2. Industry Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, regulations, and emerging technologies. Monitor competitive activities and identify opportunities for differentiation. Conduct in-depth analysis of market data to inform strategic decision-making. 3. Performance Measurement: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts. Establish KPIs and track performance against goals. 4. Product Strategy: Define and refine the product roadmap for travel-related products and services. Conduct market analysis to identify new product opportunities and gaps in the market. Develop product positioning and messaging to effectively communicate value to external partners.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing or product management role within the tourism industry. - Proven track record in developing and executing successful GTM strategies. - Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Preferred experience working as part of a global or international team. - Robust product acumen, with the ability to understand and contribute to product strategy.
