About the team The GBS Central Europe Team is the engine behind TikTok's business partnerships across the CEE region - spanning Poland, Romania, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, the Balkans, and the Baltics. We drive growth by helping brands unlock the power of TikTok through innovative, measurable, and culturally relevant strategies. Operating out of our Warsaw hub, we collaborate with top advertisers from industries like Consumer Goods, Retail, eCommerce, Finance, Travel and Tech. We work hand-in-hand with global and regional experts to deliver solutions that blend creativity, performance and insights all rooted in TikTok’s unique platform experience. As part of the team, You will join either our Consumer Goods or Consumer Services teams, supporting Client Solutions Managers (CSMs) with operational tasks in product setup and campaign execution. This is a hands-on role with high exposure to the real mechanics of digital advertising - the perfect learning ground for anyone passionate about marketing, data, and the future of media. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period Responsibilities - Support the Teams in building presentations and day-to-day account management tasks that will help scale accounts. - Campaign management: Activation, planning, optimisation, insight generation and best practice implementation. - Client queries and internal ad hoc requests including policy and product related, with deep understanding of client context. - Data analysis - analyse trends and develop actionable insights to help further advertisers' goals. The responsibilities for this role may vary depending on team requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with an expected graduation date in 2026. Available to start immediately. - Enrollment in your academic program must be maintained throughout the internship. This is a six-month internship with the possibility of extension. - The ability to use analysis and communication software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate and listen effectively on all levels, strong negotiation skills. - The ability to proactively take initiative, a willingness to tackle challenges and problem-solve. Preferred Qualifications - A goal-oriented mindset, great attention to detail. - The ability to handle multiple projects at a time, excellent time management skills, excellent organizational skills. - Beneficial to have an understanding of the E-Commerce industry. - Beneficial to have an understanding of social: Short Video and Live-streaming content.
