Responsibilities
The Data Platform team works on challenges in data infrastructure and data products. Our team focuses on internal tools relating to query engines, logging and data ingestion infrastructure, A/B testing for all product and feature launches, workflow management, distributed cache, data visualization tools, and big data engineering, which supports TikTok's business products. Responsibilities - Have a passion for building 0 to 1 products and can executive quickly to provide innovative data product support to internal users; - Be the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, have in-depth knowledge of TikTok's business, and deliver data products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry; - Lead data product development with a team of world-class engineers and other cross-functional teams; - Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product roadmap, define thoughtful product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (engineering, design, QA, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones; - Define key performance metrics and analyze these metrics that inform the success of data products; - Handle multiple projects with high-priority, stakeholders and workstreams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: - At least 2 years of product management experience; - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Sciences, or a related field; -Independently responsible for a business or platform product, leading the product 0-1; - Experience working in a technical environment, and with product planning and design experience; - Experience driving projects with cross-functional teams, and demonstrate strong ownership; - Have project management experience, strong execution, and be able to efficiently drive product improvement and support project launch; - Have excellent teamwork skills, able to communicate and collaborate effectively; - Experience analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in a related field; - Proficient in SQL language, able to identify problems and come up with innovative solutions through data analysis; - Enthusiastic about big data, proven data analysis skills, able to produce key data insights through BI tools; - Experience in content business products - Proficient in using Figma or other design tools.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $132000 - $288000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
