Team Introduction TikTok's Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team aims to drive ad product growth by leading local product strategy and go-to-market plans, as well as reflecting key market insights and product feedback to global product teams to improve TikTok's suite of ad products. A truly collaborative team, PSO works closely with Marketing Science, Solutions Engineering, Global Business Marketing and many more teams. Our team is agile and curious, and the place to be for problem-solvers and strategic thinkers who are not afraid to get their hands dirty. TikTok seeks an experienced product marketing professional with a background in to lead go-to-market for TikTok Shop advertising solutions in Southeast Asia. Sitting as part of the Product Strategy & Operations team, the role involves close collaboration with both in-market sales and headquarter product teams in a high growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners are key skills. Candidates must have experience working with advertising products in a product strategy and operations capacity. This is a full-time position based in Singapore. Responsibilities: - Define the go-to-market strategy for TikTok's ever-evolving performance ads product, specifically for Shop Ads. Partner with a range of cross-functional teams across the world to ensure flawless execution against this strategy. - Manage growth for a range of Shop Ad products in specific SEA markets; set goals, manage launches and implement activations in order to drive adoption. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to monitor product performance. - Collaborate closely with sales leads to develop planning guidance for TikTok advertising solutions, focusing on Shop Ads. - Represent product in-market by demonstrating ownership of overall sales team understanding and acting as the conduit between market and HQ. - Partner closely with sales teams and utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements and prioritise solutions to influence the direction of product development. - Build an understanding of the most nascent TikTok Shop Ad products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals. - Prioritise, distill and surface market intelligence to shape future advertising products.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification - 5+ years experience working within tech in a product marketing capacity. - BA/BS degree or above. - Strong knowledge of media sales and marketing processes. - A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and be resilient to adjust quickly to change. - Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills. - Data driven and able to distill data into insights and leverage data for storytelling. - A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals.
