Responsibilities
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science. At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. Responsibilities - As Head of FMCG Industry of Client Partnerships, core responsibility would be to manage the Sales team with the CPG, Beauty, Luxury and other client portfolios, contributing to client's business and marketing growth via TikTok for Business ad solutions and the holistic TikTok platform solutions - By creating a comprehensive team strategy, expected to lead the team to achieve ad revenue targets and other business milestones - Both client and agency stakeholder management are essential to succeed in these roles and responsibilities - Collaboration with the internal cross functional team and global cross border team is inevitable to deliver external values - Contribute to the overall sales organization by acquiring external market's 1st party information and building values and solutions for both short and long term
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in a commercial role at a technology-driven company or management consulting experience with significant exposure to digital and marketing - Experience working with large clients with a deep understanding of their business and media challenges; Demonstrated history of managing client relationships that require moving complex decisions through organisations successfully - High attention to detail and an ability to analyse data and identify insights to drive business performance in addition to demonstrated ability to win the support of senior stakeholders - People and team management experience is a must have - Japanese and English professional proficiency is required Preferred Qualifications - Digital ads Sales Director, Management experience - Managed FMCG Industry clients - Global platform and project management - Growth mindset and passion to drive client’s business forward - Open, transparent and collaborative workstyle
