Responsibilities

Our team comes from SEA Regional Business, Global Business Solutions. We partner with key market partners across the Southeast Asia region to drive their user growth and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customised marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation. Responsibilities - Write and execute on the Country Strategy to increase TikTok's share of revenue and partnership opportunities with Global, Regional and key national brands. - Enhance TikTok's relationship with key advertisers, with a focus on developing relationships at CXO level. - Work closely with team leads to define brand account plans to unlock investments and drive their business key performance metrics. - Lead and Partner XFN teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives. - Develop annual and quarterly business plans, synthesizing market data, agency analysis and defining the overall business approach to TikTok’s success. - Deliver a plan to penetrate various brand organizations and verticals that drives alignment. Influence executive and day-to-day contacts to execute against these plans. - Be adept at developing various marketing approaches such as performance, brand, retargeting, commerce to empower Brand Partners to leverage TikTok ad solutions, creative approaches, and ad tech infrastructure. - Collaborate with measurement partners to create learning agendas to help teams and agencies better measure impact of TikTok and better adopt TikTok measurement solutions. - Own Team forecasting and deliver accurate analysis to support team planning. - Create persuasive sales narratives to help Team leverage market trends, case studies to position TikTok positively. - Able to design and execute both scaled and focused market engagement tactics. - Orchestrate plans with product teams and all cross-functional teams to guide organizational efforts towards stronger business outcomes that reflect market needs. - Home in on relevant trends and opportunities in order to craft business cases that support any new requests and/or changes that alter product vision/roadmap.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Strong people management experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. - Experience in ad sales, marketing and or brand development, or a sales-related media function, with a strong connection CMOs. - Deep experience in driving brand and performance outcomes through media strategy and strong conceptual understanding of the synergistic role of media platforms. - Demonstrated success leading and deploying the full mix of media and creative solutions will be an added advantage. - Strong ability to work with partners outside the organization and proven record of influencing outcomes by creating win-win solutions and holding partners accountable to the agreed plans. - Skilled storyteller with experience communicating the benefit of marketing opportunities to partners and brands. Preferred Qualifications - BA/BS degree. - Established relationships with Leadership at agencies and key brands. - Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics. - Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit.
