Responsibilities
TikTok’s Agency Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands. TikTok Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Agency Partnership Manager to grow and lead the partnership with some of the top media agencies in the Nordics. As an Agency Partnership Manager, you will provide a best-in-class collaboration through thought leadership and education, promoting the growth of TikTok’s advertising solutions to position TikTok as a strategic partner and ally. Responsibilities: - Lead and grow global and local media agencies and client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions - Execute strategic account planning aimed at achieving significant investment growth - Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market - Create, test, and scale local initiatives to drive education & inspiration to establish the TikTok suite of products as a leading business-driving platform with agency stakeholders - Identify new business opportunities for brands and agencies to partner with TikTok - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships - Track and analyse revenue performance across the agency portfolio and identify opportunities for revenue growth - Meet and exceed revenue targets
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or roles involving client-facing strategy and consulting - Strong consultative sales and/or marketing skills and a solid understanding of the agency landscape - Proven advisor influencing senior level executives and clients - Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals - Comfortable working within a fast moving, entrepreneurial, and sometimes challenging environment - Language; English and Dutch Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation is a plus - Analysing campaign performance and delivering recommendations - Collaborating, communicating, and influencing a diverse range of cross-functional teams, such as product, marketing science and brand strategy - Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
