Responsibilities
Team Introduction The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our HRBPs who support them are too! We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization. Responsibilities -Data Preparation and Analysis: analyze complex ads and marketing data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives. Perform data cleaning, transformation, and processing to ensure data is accurate and ready for analysis. -Dashboard and Automation: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to effectively communicate findings to various stakeholders. -Data Visualization: Develop clear and engaging visual charts using tools like Think-Cell to present data insights in a clean and easy-to-understand manner. -Project Support: Contribute to project planning, tracking, and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth project execution. -Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document analysis methods, findings, and outcomes. Participate in knowledge-sharing activities to foster continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications -Education Background: Academic background in quantitative fields such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science. -Analytical Skills: Previous internship or project experience in business analysis or data-related roles, with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Experience in the ads or marketing industry is a plus. -Availability: Able to intern at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months. Preferred Qualifications -Technical Skills: Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Python, or R, and foundational knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Think-Cell. -Communication: Business-level English proficiency with strong verbal and written skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and present findings to non-technical audiences. -Problem-Solving & Teamwork: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive results.
