About the team LIVE Monetization Governance, refers to the demonetization against TikTok LIVE creators whose content/behavior will cause brand harm/damage positive, authentic LIVE experiences/undermine our community's integrity if monetized through monetization-related features like ranking, gifting and match etc. 1. Responsible for executing strategies related to international live user service, drafting SOPs, and conducting requirement analysis. 2. Continuously engage with users and clients to uncover issues and gather feedback, complete requirements collection and interfacing, and enhance user service satisfaction. 3. Regularly monitor various project-related data metrics and follow up on project progress to ensure smooth execution. 4. Participate in the implementation of operational strategies and optimize execution plans based on user feedback. 5. Engage in cross-department communication and coordination to improve interdepartmental collaboration efficiency.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above from the 2026 graduating class, with fluent English communication and writing skills sufficient for work. 2. Strong research, analytical, and documentation writing abilities. Preferred Qualifications 1. Excellent logical thinking, adept at analyzing and solving problems, and passionate about challenges. 2. Good communication skills, strong teamwork spirit, and a proactive mindset.
