Responsibilities

Team Introduction The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves. As part of the LatAm LIVE Operations Team, the Creator Network & Agency Partnerships Lead will be responsible for leading partnerships and collaborations with creator/talent/influencer agencies and creator networks. This role focuses on developing programs that support, coach, and grow aspiring content creators and streamers on TikTok LIVE. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end agency relationships, build growth initiatives, and advocate for a thriving creator economy that benefits creators, viewers, platform engagement, and business partnerships. Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with Creator Networks and Agencies, evangelizing the creator economy and TikTok LIVE’s business model. Drive revenue growth for creators in agency programs, contributing to overall agency business success. Design and implement programs, activations, and incentive structures that support creator development and content consistency. Expand and stabilize the pipeline of agency-supported streamers at scale. Serve as the key liaison between Agencies and TikTok LIVE’s product and operations teams, providing insights to enhance the live-streaming experience. Offer strategic recommendations for scaled creator development initiatives. Lead key projects and events that support the LIVE creator ecosystem. Manage and develop a team of 5-10+ Agency Business Development and Agency Managers.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments. - Experience managing a team. - Strong business acumen; experience in business development and partner management, with a proven ability to build and scale relationships. - Highly analytical mindset with a strong understanding of performance metrics. - Experience in negotiation and deal-making. - Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills. - Ability to work independently while managing multiple high-profile initiatives. Preferred Qualifications - Passion for TikTok, live streaming, mobile entertainment, social media, and digital culture. - A creative and strategic mindset focused on building and scaling content ecosystems. - Prior experience in live streaming and an understanding of industry trends. - Experience in e-commerce partnerships and live/video shopping. #LI-Onsite
