We are responsible for the day to day relationship and for ensuring success of advertiser investment. As trusted partners, we proactively advise our clients of opportunity and solutions to exceed their expectations, securing future investment. Core Responsibilities - Educate clients and internal team on two of the strategic automated ad solutions (Smart+ and Shop Ads) on product best practices, platform updates, and best practices/optimisations to drive campaign success. - Responsible of driving and progress reporting of key product metrics such as Ad Revenue Attainments and profitability metrics - Develop scalable TikTok performance media strategies as part of the integrated TikTok Ads solutions. - Deliver and optimise partnerships with key XFNs to improve ROI/ROAS of Smart+ TikTok Shop Ads product suite, including PSO, Creative Ops, Measurement TikTok Shop Team. - Develop internal tools, resources and training for Seller Enablement and upskilling of GBS org. - Hands on implementation as required as part of strategic value add. Proficiency on TikTok Ads Manager is highly desirable.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Experience within performance marketing or eCommerce within account management or client solutions role. - Ability to analyse data and identify insights, analyzing the status quo, planning strategies and executing rapid trial & error iterations and constantly improving. - Strong organisational skills and demonstrated record of overseeing and driving strategic projects and programs that deliver high-impact results. - Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills. Ability to influence at senior level and distill complex product optimisations into easy-to-execute client strategies. - Tight operational rigor and process driven experience - Comfortable presenting complex analysis in a simple, easy to digest way to C-suite level stakeholders Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop organic, or/and paid solutions. - Knowledge of performance media sales, marketing processes and technologies preferred. (e.g. Auction/Programmatic, performance, measurement.) - Experience working in matrix, and/or global organisations. - Exceptional collaborators. Comfortable working with cross-functional partners in a fast-changing environment. - Strong measurement knowledge, proven success in co-creation and implementation of learning agenda with Measurement/MarSci Partners.
