We bottle the best of TikTok's content opportunities in ways that allow brands to be part of these culture shaping moments for deeper marketing effectiveness, delivering reputational work that offers a north star for our platform and the wider industry. Our team works as bridge between the user and sales sides of TikTok, supporting priorities across both, and building partnerships that enable brands to truly be at the heart of cultural and seasonal moments for their audience. The Head of CPS drives the strategy and planning of this valuable function, expanding the opportunity for incremental revenue growth from TikTok's enterprise accounts across Europe. This person is a highly strategic and collaborative leader adept at developing new monetisation opportunities that live at the intersection of TikTok's vibrant creator community, our product solutions and advertiser goals. This individual can take a strategic approach creating scalable and sellable partnership opportunities while also managing multiple stakeholders across the business, implementing new processes and securing internal and external buy in to ultimately drive incremental revenue growth for TikTok for Business across Europe. Responsibilities - Create scalable and sellable opportunities for sales, driving incremental revenue growth across all EUI markets - Partner tightly with local sales leads, aligning with business objectives and account planning, to ensure opportunities are driving strategic revenue growth across priority verticals and accounts - Empower and enable sales with a clear go to market strategy, supported by the CPS team - Strategic partnerships across Content Programming (user operations), consumer marketing, Music, TikTok Live and TikTok Shops to unlock the most strategic, innovative content solutions - Ideate and concept the biggest tentpole content solutions tied to seasonal moments, occasions, cultural tentpoles, LIVE opportunities and editorial sponsorships for key partners and advertisers across industries - Constantly leverage data, insights and trends to create and optimise sellable packages to clients, working closely with the research team - Inclusion and alignment with product strategy and frameworks, primarily across creative and brand, and with shared responsibility for Pulse Premiere and Out of Phone - Unlock challenges and opportunities for growth, including measurement solutions and trading agreements - Partner with the broader GBM team to educate the market at scale, and drive demand for sales, partnering on moment and vertical content, case studies, industry partnerships, marcomms and event opportunities - Drive operational efficiency to ensure the team is working effectively across the markets. Leveraging and partnering closely with the global CPS operations team and CPS teams in other regions (NA, METAP, LATAM and APAC) - Lead regular strategic business reviews, with revenue and pipeline analysis, and sales strategy alignment - Lead, support and develop a dynamic CPS team of 6, made up of strategists and media specialists, who are responsible for concepting and building the opportunity roadmaps, GTM materials and project managing our largest programmes
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Tenured and demonstrated marketing partnerships experience - Commercial experience in advertising, with understanding of media buying/planning, advertising product and revenue accountability - Strong management experience in cultivating talent, leading and motivating teams - Able to thrive in a fast paced and often ambiguous environment, operating with an agile, pragmatic and positive mindset - Problem solver, relationship builder, senior influencer, player coach Preferred Qualifications - Experience in media operations, strategy or planning role in large (ideally global) media/ entertainment company, management consultancy, or consumer tech - Strong agency experience in the advertising and creative spaces - Experience working across European markets, with an understanding of the regional and local nuances, market dynamics and cultural preferences - Additional European languages are a bonus
