Responsibilities
Team Introduction The Creative Product and Operations, under the Global Monetization Product and Technology Team, are a critical means of accelerating the global sales of Tiktok's paid media offering by working with 3rd party partners/agencies/creators to produce, optimize and strategize content that make marketing on TikTok easy and effective. We are seeking an experienced Creator Operations Expert to lead our efforts in building and nurturing relationships with top-tier creators, talent agencies, and MCNs (Multi-Channel Networks) across Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam. The ideal candidate will possess deep southeast asian market expertise, a robust network of creator and agency contacts, and a proven ability to drive scalable creator partnerships that align with TikTok’s commercial goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creator & Agency Ecosystem Development: - Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with high-impact creators, talent agencies, and MCNs in Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam. - Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier creators and their representatives to ensure long-term collaboration. 2. Strategic Resource Expansion: - Proactively expand TikTok’s network of creators and agencies, focusing on verticals such as entertainment, lifestyle, e-commerce, and emerging trends. - Leverage existing connections to unlock opportunities for brand campaigns, content programs, and platform initiatives. 3. Southeast Asian Market Expertise: - Provide insights into regional creator trends, cultural nuances, and competitive landscapes to inform TikTok’s commercialization strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to localize global initiatives and maximize creator impact. 4. Performance Optimization: - Analyze creator performance metrics and audience engagement to recommend data-driven strategies for growth. - Troubleshoot challenges and drive solutions to enhance creator satisfaction and platform loyalty. 5. Compliance & Advocacy: - Ensure creators and agencies adhere to TikTok’s policies while fostering a collaborative, win-win ecosystem. - Act as a trusted advisor to creators, advocating for their needs internally to improve platform tools and monetization opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in creator operations, talent management, influencer marketing, or agency partnerships, with a focus on Thailand, Indonesia, or Vietnam. - Established network of relationships with top TikTok creators, agencies, and MCNs in the SEA region; familiarity with local platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) is a plus. - Strong understanding of short-video/content platforms, creator monetization models, and digital marketing trends. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Data-driven mindset. - Fluency in English and at least one Southeast Asia language such as Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, or Vietnamese. - Willingness to travel frequently within Southeast Asia.
