Responsibilities

The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA. 1. Campaign Communication Planning: - Develop a comprehensive marketing communication plan for promotion campaigns (e.g. Mega Sales 9.9, Payday) and branding campaigns (e.g. TikTok Shop awareness) - Plan the key messages, suitable contents and budget for both online and offline marketing channels to achieve business objectives - Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and competitor movement to leverage opportunities to drive growth - Continuously improve contents via A/B testing and performance monitoring 2. End-to-End Event Marketing: - Plan strategic event marketing responsible for budget planning, stakeholder collaboration and event execution with event organizer - Manage marketing communication for event marketing including online and offline media 3. Execution: - Responsible for the end-to-end project management and execution of marketing communication plans, including creative development, content creation, budget management, implementation, and performance reporting - Use relevant media monitoring tools to track channel performance and make data-driven decisions for content improvement and media budget optimization - Conduct post-campaign market research to understand customer feedback and identify areas for improvement 4. Budget Management: - Manage and allocate marketing communication budgets effectively, and optimize spending to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) - Provide regular budget updates and forecasts to key stakeholders 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with campaigns, channel marketing, platform operations, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing communication plans with promotion details and implementation timeline - Collaborate with the design team and external agencies for creative development and content creation that align with marketing key messages - Cooperate with relevant marketing channel owners and analytics teams to report and provide insights on channel performance and propose action plans for future improvements


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - 3+ years of work experience with a focus on marketing communication, marketing event, media planning - Proficiency in media monitoring tools, and Excel or GG Sheets to interpret data and generate insights for content and media performance improvement - Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal in Thai and English Preferred Qualifications: - Strong executional ability, and high attention to detail for content accuracy - Excellent project management and stakeholder management
