About the Team E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. Our mission is to provide world-class service and experience for customers, sellers and creators. We are looking for a Seller Governance data analytics role to manage and own the data analysis requests in all Seller Governance ecommerce activities. Responsibilities - Become a key strategic thought partner for all business team leads; proactively identify problem areas and solve them together backed by data and insights, contribute to policy and product strategy development and execution. - Measure performance of key projects and launches and create an effective feedback loop for optimization. - Drive collaboration with other data & analytics teams outside the GNE department leveraging each others' core capabilities; define and develop sensible KPIs and targets, produce monthly/quarterly management reporting, improve the data acquisition process given the constraints. - Build and leverage data monitoring and evaluation capabilities to proactively diagnose issues in our governance system, perform root cause analysis, and identify actions that can be taken to improve systems and workflows. - Drive internal enablement that includes policy education, training, analytics, and XFN engagement.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics, economics is preferred; or major in science or engineering or engaged in data statistics, analysis, modeling related working areas after graduation. - Proficient in SQL and tableau and familiar with Python or R for data analysis. - Experience in data analysis partnering with business, preferably in the eCommerce or content platform business. - Ability to impact business decisions and suggest improvement through analytical insight. - Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Professional written and verbal communication skills are required for daily communications with global teams. Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with SEA e-commerce and/or social media content landscape will be advantageous. - Have a strong learning ability and curiosity; familiar with starting a new business; able to drive project team to support business.
