The TikTok Shop Vietnam FMCG Chinese Brands team is dedicated to supporting Chinese sellers and brands in expanding their presence within the Vietnamese market. Our primary goal is to offer a curated assortment of high-quality products that cater to the diverse needs of local consumers. The team is composed of talented professionals from various backgrounds and experiences, particularly in social commerce and the FMCG industry, which includes sectors such as food, health and beauty, home supplies, and more. This dynamic and diverse team offers ample opportunities for growth and professional development in a rapidly evolving market. Responsibilities - Assisting the team in the process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants. - Managing sellers accounts. Tasks include seller education, problem solving, campaign status update and other operation related tasks. - Communicating with sellers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed. - Assisting the sellers during the onboarding process, tasks included educating the sellers, problem troubleshooting, campaign status update. - Other admin-related work and troubleshooting.


Qualifications
