Responsibilities
TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view. Responsibilities Scale and integrate insights from Creator Management into our campaign strategies to enhance community engagement, promote best practices, and support the growth journey of creators within a collaborative and thriving creator community. 1. Develop and implement community operation strategies to enhance the activity of live creators. 2. Organize and manage online and offline community events to increase creators' engagement. 3. Create and distribute learning materials for creators. 4. Plan and implement workshops and seminars for creators. 5. Regularly analyze community operation data, collect user feedback, analyze user behavior, and promptly adjust operation strategies to enhance community activity.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. This role will be JP based 2. Business level of Japanese and English 3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments. 4. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to adjust operation strategies based on data. 5. Understanding of the internet industry, with experience in live streaming platforms preferred. 6. Innovative thinking, with the ability to continuously optimize and improve community operation strategies. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in the LIVE Streaming industry - Experience working in the entertainment industry - Experience in building and managing a team from scratch - Business-level proficiency in Chinese for communicating with external partners in the China market.
