Responsibilities
Team Introduction: TikTok continues to unlock opportunities for artists and labels, with a brilliantly engaged community who love to build connections with artists and their music. The Artist Partnership team is working globally and locally with artists, managers and labels to unleash the promotional and marketing power of TikTok, helping artists to secure success on the platform, music streaming, hit charts and brand collaborations. Responsibilities: 1. Product Operation for Monetization Projects - Take charge of product operation in monetization projects. Analyze product features and market needs, create and execute strategies to boost product performance in these projects. - Monitor product operation data. Use data analysis tools to find issues and optimization points, and adjust operation plans to meet profit goals. 2. Agency Collaboration - Communicate closely with various partner agencies. Build and maintain long-term, stable relationships. Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth progress of agency-related projects. - Develop and carry out plans to onboard new agency clients. Discover potential clients through market research and industry events. - Handle negotiations, contracts, and onboarding processes for new clients. Provide professional services to ensure a smooth start.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Have excellent project management skills. Effectively plan projects, allocate resources, and monitor progress and risks. - Have a deep understanding of market promotion. Be familiar with various promotion channels and strategies, and able to create effective brand promotion plans. - Be able to plan targeted promotion activities for different products and customer groups to enhance brand awareness and product influence. - Have rich industry contacts and a wide network in relevant fields. Be able to mobilize resources quickly to promote business. Preferred Qualifications: - Have strong teamwork and communication skills. Coordinate cross-departmental teams to achieve project goals. - Possess good industry insights. Be familiar with industry trends and accurately seize cooperation opportunities.
