Procurement aims to provide high-quality purchasing solutions for the company and establish a global platform for purchasing resources. Through providing professional management of procurement resources, selecting high-quality suppliers, and managing supplier performance, we aim to improve the efficiency, cost-effectiveness and compliance of the company's procurement practices, fostering a sustainable business environment. Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions. - Support the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. - Help build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, monitoring their performance and addressing any issues that may arise. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department heads and project managers, to understand their procurement needs. - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and company policies in all procurement activities. - Support the implementation of procurement best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently studying a Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2025. - Must be available to start in September 2025 - Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Basic analytical skills to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve problems. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving, ever-evolving working environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Internship experience in a related field, preferably in a multinational organization. - Basic knowledge of procurement practices and market trends in the EMEA region.
