About the Team E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. Responsibilities - Manage and supervise the design of Tiktok Shop Vietnam's governance policies to build a safe and trustworthy platform for buyers. - Grasp, track, and analyze key metrics to drive improvements. Demonstrate strong business sense and and understanding of commercial drivers and blockers, and leverage hands-on experience to make informed recommendations that enhance customer experience and support business objectives. - Demonstrate a keen understanding of the Vietnam market including regulatory developments, competition programs and benchmarking, and user/seller behaviours and sentiments through the end-to-end user/seller journey. - Support commercial opportunities for business growth and expansion. - Research and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify potential areas of growth. - Establish and maintain professional relationships with partners, stakeholders, and other parties. - Collaborate with regional teams and upper management on strategic initiatives. - Establish teams, recruit team members, and provide training guidance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification - Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably from STEM field. - At least 5+ years of experience in areas of strategic project management, operations, customer experience and insights. - Excellent verbal and written communication. They must clearly and effectively convey complex ideas to various audiences like colleagues, clients, and senior management. - People management experience managing a medium to large size team. - Familiarity with Vietnam and South East Asia e-commerce compliance and internet regulation landscape, with strong business sense and risk awareness. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations to drive actions.
