About the team: The Business Training & Development (BTD) Team empowers the Global Monetization organization through impactful learning solutions in product enablement, sales enablement, and leadership development. By collaborating with key stakeholders, the team designs scalable learning strategies that align with business goals, equipping teams with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive. Through innovative training delivery and data-driven insights, the BTD team fosters a culture of continuous learning, driving growth and success in a dynamic global market. About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brazil Manager to join our LATAM Business Training & Development (BTD) team. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage strategic learning programs that empower our commercial teams in Brazil to grow, perform, and lead with confidence. Your work will have a national impact, while also contributing to the global learning agenda through close collaboration with our international teams. You will partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders in Sales, Product, Measurement, Creative Ops, Marketing, HR, and Global L&D to ensure that our programs are aligned with business priorities, rooted in the context, and designed to deliver measurable learning outcomes. Responsibilities - Design and manage end-to-end learning programs focused on business enablement: sales excellence, product education, leadership and professional development. - Collaborate with subject matter experts and regional stakeholders to localize and scale global learning initiatives. - Drive program operations, including planning, logistics, communication, stakeholder alignment, and post-program evaluation. - Facilitate learning experiences (virtual or in-person), ensuring engagement, clarity, and impact. - Use data to assess learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and business outcomes. - Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and act as a thought partner to the business on learning strategy. - Stay informed about industry trends and innovative learning practices to keep our programs forward-looking.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Learning & Development, or related fields. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment. - Proven ability to design and deliver impactful learning programs, tailored to business needs. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) is required. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the tech or media industry. - Familiarity with learning tools (e.g., LMS, survey platforms, analytics dashboards). - Background in instructional design or adult learning theory is a plus. - Experience working across diverse markets and cultures in Latin America.
