Responsibilities

The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA. Responsibilities - Design live and short video approaches based on the characteristics and needs of merchants at different levels, helping merchants achieve rapid GMV growth during campaign periods. - Lead the planning and implementation of live showcase, create replicable successful live streaming cases, and GTM. Assist in the rapid growth of the live streaming business and empower the growth of merchants' live streaming at different stages. - Take the lead in promoting cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring the efficient implementation of all links from approach design to execution. - Conduct data analysis and project summaries, and continuously optimize and iterate approaches in the long term.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of of experience in e-commerce or live streaming, with a strong focus on campaign development and execution. - Have excellent project management capabilities, be able to lead and efficient execution of multiple complex projects, have strong self-motivation. - Have clear logic, excellent structured thinking ability, be sensitive to data, be able to efficiently promote cross-departmental cooperation, and target-oriented. - English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications: - Rich experience in e-commerce live streaming operation, especially with successful cases in areas such as live streaming content creation, merchant strategy, and host management. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Strong interpersonal and cross function collaboration skills.
