Responsibilities: - Campaign Incentive Design: Develop and execute strategic incentive programs to boost seller and creator participation, ensuring optimal content supply during campaign periods. - Resource Allocation: Allocate incentives based on campaign objectives, target metrics, and market trends, ensuring maximum engagement and return on investment. - Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of incentives, analyzing seller and creator participation rates, and optimizing future incentive structures based on data insights. - Internal & External Communication: Design and develop campaign communication materials such as one-pagers, tool kits, and posters to clearly convey campaign objectives, guidelines, and incentives to sellers and creators. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align go-to-market messaging and optimize campaign visibility and engagement across channels.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: - Experience in campaign operations, category management, or campaign planning, ideally within a fast-paced digital or retail environment. - Strong Communication: Proficiency in developing clear, concise communication materials (e.g., seller kits, campaign guides) for a variety of audiences. - Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Proven experience working within diverse, multicultural teams or across multiple regions, demonstrating adaptability and cultural sensitivity to support effective collaboration and campaign relevance. - Merchant Knowledge: Strong understanding of category management principles, with experience in product selection, merchandising, and aligning products with campaign themes to drive engagement and sales. Preferred Qualifications: - Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically while maintaining a keen attention to detail. - Project management skill: Excellent project management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines effectively. - Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics, adjust budget allocation, and enhance campaign effectiveness based on insights. - Fluent in English with proficiency in an additional European language (such as French, German, or Spanish) to facilitate local campaign communication and support effective collaboration with regional teams and partners.
