Responsibilities
The TikTok MENA Content Operations team is responsible for driving the supply of diverse & high quality content on the platform by building close relationships with the most relevant creators and publishers in these countries. The program team will also create locally relevant programs (editorial or product programs, tentpoles, events) and localize global ones to cultivate a healthy and vibrant community, engage our top publishers & creators and to drive product adoption. TikTok Content Ops works cross-functionally with a variety of teams (Product, Marketing, Communications, Public Affairs, Monetization) to drive the achievements of the Company's objectives in these markets and serve as the local expert voice for global teams. -Develop, support and execute end to end programs ((e.g., tentpole campaigns, long-term content initiatives, and partnership programs) focussed on driving large-scale participation and cultivating ecosystem growth, as well as product adoption from publishers and creators on the platform -Localize and execute regional and global content programs and tentpoles, by tailoring activations to cultural contexts, partnering with local teams, and driving market-specific engagement through community-building and owned campaigns -Ensure operational excellence by strategically deploying in-app tools to drive product adoption and partner success and monitoring, localizing programs to align with regional goals and mitigating risks through sensitive trend analysis. -Track program performance, analyze metrics against goals, and implement real-time adjustments to optimize success and meet KPIs. -Deliver actionable market insights by collecting local data, informing program adaptations, and sharing recommendations with Regional/Central teams to enhance decision-making. -Foster cross-functional collaboration by maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution and alignment with business priorities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Demonstrated interest in program management, operations, market insights, or related disciplines. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Understanding of local market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regional trends. - Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) for effective cross-regional communication. Preferred Qualifications - Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Figma, or similar software) is a plus. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
