About the Team: Join our dynamic User Growth Department and be at the forefront of expanding our user base and fostering a thriving community. As a vital member of the team, you'll contribute to crafting and executing strategic growth plans, utilizing a combination of marketing, product, and analytical methodologies to achieve and sustain rapid expansion. The User Growth team boasts a wealth of mature product growth levers, showcasing proficiency in their strategic application across diverse businesses. Dive into the creative realm with Dipper UG, our internal creative agency, renowned for producing best-in-class ads across various online channels. Here, data feedback, trend monitoring, and an unwavering commitment to pushing creative boundaries converge to captivate and attract new users, making your role pivotal in our ongoing success. Responsibilities: - Develop localized content strategy and productions based on TikTok and other global businesses and product requirements, target region culture, and market trends. Manage, oversee, and elevate the full cycle of paid-ads ideas output and production execution, including analyzing target region creatives, collaborating with influencers, producing Live shows, developing creative strategies, etc. - Monitor the target regions' popular topics, keep up with product competitor trends and content, and uncover unique creative strategies. Conduct in-depth analysis and breakdown of paid-ads content to produce high-quality ads and creative solutions. - Data-driven. Track and summarize creatives performance, gain insights into the needs and feedback of the target user group, digest product features and requirements, and output creative solutions. Regularly review performance, and optimize solutions and workflow to address any lowlights identified during execution and data analysis. - Efficiently manage resources to handle multiple projects concurrently. Collaborate closely with the team to deliver high-quality videos and strategies on schedule. - Independently develop creative concepts, script writing, filming, and editing based on data performance and product requirements, ensuring videos are delivered on time and meet quality standards.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in global content strategy, advertising, social media operations, or paid-ads creatives. - English proficiency is required (Please send English resume along with the application). - Strong creativity and robust data and content analysis skills, with a data-oriented mindset and the ability to deconstruct and analyze top-performing creatives. - A degree in advertising, design, film, or media is preferred, but outstanding candidates from other disciplines are also encouraged to apply. - Please include your video portfolio or samples of your work when submitting the application. Preferred Qualifications - Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong project management capabilities, adept at resource utilization, and with experience in cross-regions collaboration. - Rigorous, meticulous, and logical work style, with the ability to independently oversee the entire project process from planning to implementation. - Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, and familiarity with After Effects, Blender, DaVinci Resolve, and Figma is a plus. #LI-Hybrid
