We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Configure, deploy, maintain, and operate security tools in association with company endpoint devices. Contribute to cross functional and individual contributor teams, participate in response and defensive actions over a variety of security disciplines, and disseminate technical information as appropriate in support of TikTok’s critical business, go to market, and operational infrastructure needs. Installing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting endpoint security agents including DTEX and Elkeid HIDS across the company’s environment. Writing and tuning rules on endpoint security software to detect threats modelled on MITRE ATT&CK tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). Interact with Security Operations teams to address issues with endpoint security software in timely manner. Creating product roadmap and feature request for endpoint security software; communicating and prioritizing these with product development teams.
Qualifications
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Troubleshooting endpoint security software installed on Linux-based servers using Linux command line tools and system logs; Gathering requirements from security teams for new features and bug fixes for endpoint security software and work with product development team to incorporate these requirements; Tuning alerts generated by endpoint security software, including editing built-in configuration files to generate meaningful alerts about potentially malicious activities; Architecting and continuously improving security technology stacks, processes and procedures, support models and cross-function interactions; and Performing end-to-end architecture design, infrastructure deployment and implementation of technologies across asset management, access management, data defense, forensics, security governance, security logging and monitoring, security automation and vulnerability management domains. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128419 - $186200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
