Responsibilities

About the Team Our team is committed to creating exceptional products to improve efficiency and reliability within the organization. We are also creating enterprise solutions like Software Defined WAN, Endpoint management tools, ITSM, and office intelligence. We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Operations Manager to join our team, to build the best product ecosystem driven by AI and data. Responsibilities - Lead the analysis and refinement of business requirements related to enterprise IT system services and management. - Drive product-based solution optimization and improve user satisfaction through data-driven insights and structured operations. - Define and implement operational strategies at all stages of the product lifecycle, including identifying user pain points, enhancing product quality, and improving overall user experience. - Work closely with product managers, project managers, and business stakeholders to understand key business challenges, define product value, and refine application scenarios. - Establish and maintain a feedback loop to support product iteration and user engagement growth. - Regularly review and summarize operational experiences to continuously optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs).


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, user research, or IT solution delivery. - Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a deep understanding of global IT technology ecosystems. - Self-motivated with excellent communication, teamwork, and coordination abilities. - Proven ability to perform under pressure and drive cross-functional collaboration. - Strong written communication and client training skills, particularly in B2B contexts. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with B2B PaaS/SaaS commercial operations or IT consulting is highly preferred.
