About the Team The Global Payments team is building a scalable, cross-border payments platform to support the rapidly growing ecosystem of ByteDance products and services worldwide. As we expand globally, we’re focused on creating seamless, secure, and innovative payment solutions that power transactions across markets. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to help us scale this growth by identifying and engaging top-tier talent. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned to our evolving business needs. You’ll drive sourcing strategies informed by market insights and data, champion inclusive hiring practices, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. As a key ambassador of our company and the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we grow. You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality candidates through sourcing and creating a world-class interview experience for each candidate. Responsibilities: 1. Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of mid to senior positions especially within the Payments and Fintech industry 2. Build an indepth relationship with our Talent acquisition Partners and business stakeholders to manage the sourcing strategy for key talents across mid to senior positions, especially within the Payments and Fintech industry 3. You will be the point of contact for these key talents, managing interview scheduling process and communicating logistics to both candidates and hiring teams 4. Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve the recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners 5. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners/Lead and hiring managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency 6. Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocating TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates This role is a 6-12-month temporary assignment payrolled through a third party agency


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 1. Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience for mid-senior positions via search firm or in-house recruiting environment 2. Mandatory to have prior experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, or technical forums Preferred Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience 2. 3+ years in-house or agency recruiting experience in the fintech/ hi-tech/ payments industry will be highly preferred 3. Strong expertise in talent mapping to identify and track high-potential candidates. 4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization 5. A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks. 6. Have a strong passion for this industry and demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment #LI-Hybrid

【For Pay Transparency】 Compensation Description (Hourly)

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $29- $51.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
