About the Team Our team is committed to using technology to provide employees with safe and reliable IT Services, including network system services, security services and computer software and hardware services. At the same time, it pays attention to IT service users' experience, operation efficiency enhancement, and builds IT output capabilities for internal and external products through innovative technologies. We are looking for a motivated and curious IT Service Desk Specialist Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in providing IT support, while also contributing to service improvement initiatives and exploring automation opportunities. You will work closely with experienced professionals to support end-users, optimize support processes, and assist in implementing AI-driven tools that enhance efficiency and user experience. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Responsibilities - Provide first-level technical support under supervision for hardware, software, and basic IT service issues - Help manage tickets, document resolutions, and maintain the knowledge base - Assist in identifying trends in support tickets and recurring issues - Support process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for improvement, collecting requirements, and providing optimization suggestions - Conduct research and development of AI-powered tools to support business functions including data visualization, summarization, workflow automation, or recommendations - Contribute to performance reporting and service improvement tracking - Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams on improvement or automation pilot projects
Qualifications
