Responsibilities
As we work toward our goals, we are looking for enthusiastic undergraduate students to join our growing team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. Here's an opportunity for you to work on a high-growth startup and learn about every aspect of its business. You will have the opportunity to work with the best and the brightest to continually grow this exciting company. You will be involved in the following activities: - Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process. - Source, target and build pipelines of candidates' databases. - Professional partnering with the TA Partners , hiring managers and team leaders on hiring needs. - Support new project (s), and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams. - Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Qualifications
