About the Team & Role: At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (advertising) team plays a crucial role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving effective ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed worldwide, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real-time. The US Agency team works with some of the largest Ad Agencies across all categories. They are responsible for enabling advertising on the platform and connecting users with brands. We have established a new function within the Agency team to accelerate TikTok’s integration into video-centric media strategies. This new role is part of a dedicated function within the Agency team, including Streaming, Connected TV (CTV), and traditional television. This position is uniquely designed to engage directly with agency video planners and buyers, influencing a distinct investment landscape with its KPIs, buying methodologies, and decision-makers. As the US Agency Video Partnership Lead, you will be a strategic, agency-experienced leader who will play an instrumental role in ensuring TikTok is top of mind with video buying professionals and positioning TikTok alongside premium video offerings. You’ll work to embed TikTok into agency video planning, leverage the power of our unique content formats, and build focused relationships with key investment teams. This is a high-impact opportunity to position TikTok as a core component of agency video planning and drive meaningful share growth in a space where we’ve only begun to unlock potential. Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth for TikTok by leading and growing strategic partnerships with media agencies, focusing on Connected TV (CTV) and streaming video, while serving as a consultant and trusted thought partner to align investment strategies with TikTok’s video solutions and maximize adoption and spend. - Act as the primary liaison for agency video investment teams and senior stakeholders across assigned media agencies and holding companies. - Cultivate senior executive relationships through a consultative, value-driven approach to build trust, establish strategic alignment, and drive preference for TikTok as a key video partner. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and client success teams to deliver compelling narratives, insights, and educational initiatives to agency partners and their clients. - Monitor industry trends and evolving client needs to shape go-to-market strategies and support long-term partnership development.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Deep understanding of the agency ecosystem, including organizational structures, media decision-making across video, digital, and audience-based buying, and translate these insights into strategic and commercial opportunities that drive mutual value and agency growth. - Proven track record of driving sales and fostering partnerships within the video sector. - Proven track record of growing agency partnerships, especially in emerging or non-traditional media categories. - Experience leading holding company relationships. - A minimum of five years of experience leading teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Strategic and collaborative relationship-builder with 10+ years of experience in digital media, streaming/OTT platforms, or CTV, ideally with exposure to leading companies such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Roku, or similar. - Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex offerings into compelling narratives that resonate with agency buyers. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for shaping the future of video advertising. - Substantial analytical expertise, with the ability to assess and evaluate complex business opportunities across diverse product areas. - Deep understanding of programmatic video buying and platform integrations. - A forward-thinking perspective on the evolving landscape of streaming, retail media, and cross-screen measurement.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $1500000 - $2500000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
