Responsibilities
Team Introduction The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our HRBPs who support them are too! We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization. Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Preparation - Participate in ideation and brainstorming of solutions and client strategy - Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials for client meetings or events 2. Project Management - Support in building out workstreams and resources to optimize business processes e.g., Developing trouble shooting guides for clients, building out a business development pipeline, etc. - Take ownership of follow-through and timely delivery of projects 3. Data Analysis and Reporting - Gather and analyze sales data to uncover trends and opportunities - Build dashboards and trackers to monitor performance 4. Team Support - Manage sales data, coordinate logistics, and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks e.g., Updating sales data in weekly meetings, data entry, ad rejection appeals, etc. - Track and share client or platform competitor activities, and industry updates 5. Client Interaction and Learning - Work closely with team leads in understanding how to manage a book of business - Shadow account managers during client meetings or calls, and get hands on industry experience 6. Event and Campaign Analysis - Analyze event and campaign performance - Collaborate with team members to identify actionable insights for future optimization
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications -Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. -Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reports, dashboards, and presentations, and highly comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and calculations. -Quick learner with strong adaptability to new tools and challenges, organized and detail-oriented multitasking skills, excellent English communication abilities, and proven experience collaborating as a team player with diverse personalities. -Thriving in fast-moving environments while demonstrating reliability, accountability, and strong communication skills. -A passionate TikTok enthusiast with a strong interest in digital marketing & advertising, and a creative thinker eager to share innovative ideas. Preferred Qualifications -Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising concepts, and/or data analytics. -Familiarity with advertising platforms, and proficiency in creating data visualizations is a plus.
