Responsibilities

About the Team At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. We’re seeking a sharp, analytical intern to join our Global Business Solutions team. In this role, you’ll support the GM, client partners, and account managers with data-driven insights and cross-functional coordination that drive business outcomes. You'll gain a front-row seat to how we scale our advertising business, structure our strategy, and execute across teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Analytics & Reporting - Analyze business trends, revenue, and operational data to generate insights that inform client and business strategies; - Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards to support account health tracking and business performance reviews; - Conduct deep dives on client segments, vertical trends, or platform opportunities; 2. Cross-Functional Process & Workstream Support - Coordinate key projects across sales, marketing, product, agencies, and other teams to ensure timely execution; - Track workstream progress and follow through on XFN dependencies; - Prepare and update weekly meeting agendas, action items, and internal trackers. 3. Strategic & Operational Support to Leadership - Assist in preparing materials for leadership reviews, QBRs, and market planning; - Help document strategic frameworks, account strategies, and key initiatives led by the GM or sales leads; - Support ad hoc analysis or initiatives related to client growth, productivity, or internal process improvement.


Qualifications

Minimum Requirement : 1. Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field. Preferred Requirements 1. Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with Excel/Sheets; bonus if you know SQL or data viz tools; 2. Exceptional organization and communication skills, with a knack for simplifying the complex; 3. Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders; 4. Interest in digital media, advertising, or tech platforms is a plus.
